Our Monday evening banquet (08/06/2018 From 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm) will be held at the Colorado Railroad Museum. We invite you to come and relax, have a few beverages, and enjoy assortments of appetizers, entrees, and desserts catered by Jules Gourmet Catering and Liquor served by Party Liquor. Then take your time perusing the museum and travel back to a time when railroads shaped the American West.
There is just something amazing about trains. The familiar whistle has always promised adventure. The gentle rock of the rails has set the rhythm of our lives. Experience it again at the Colorado Railroad Museum with over 100 narrow and standard gauge steam and diesel locomotives, passenger cars, cabooses HO Model Railroad and G-scale garden railway on the 15-acre rail-yard. There is no shortage of things to see and experience at our Monday evening banquet at the Colorado Railroad Museum.
The cost for the banquet is included for all registrants and sponsors. Guests can attend for $70.
The event is catered by Jules Gourmet Catering which includes Colorado flavored appetizer, entrées and a 2-hour open bar served by Colorado’s Largest Event Liquor Provider Party Liquor Inc.. Grilled Vegetable Platter
Fresh seasonal grilled vegetables such as zucchini, yellow squash, tomatoes, asparagus, mushrooms, bell peppers and onions drizzled with balsamic reduction. Served al fresca. (Veg, GF, DF)
Colorado Grilled Chicken
Grilled chicken breast served with a white wine, garlic, lemon and fresh herb sauce topped with charred Colorado corn and blistered cherry tomatoes. (GF,DF)
Spinach and Boursin Steak Roulade
Flank steak pounded thin then stuffed with spinach, boursin and sun-dried tomatoes topped with a refreshing romesco sauce. (GF)

The event’s beverage and bartending is provided by Party Liquor Inc. a local business out of Lafayette, Colorado. Certified bartenders, will gladly server a free selection of nonalcoholic sodas, and an assortment of beers and wines for a two-hour open bar. Party Liquor is one of Colorado’s largest event liquor caterers that has proudly served over 400 events each year for the past 17 years.
